Green Tea Noodles with Beef Salad

1 Beef Steak or Flap meat

Marinade

5 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt & Black pepper

Sauce/Dressing

Soy sauce

Salt

Black pepper

Peanut sauce (homemade or store bought)

Sesame oil

Peanut Sauce (instant homemade)

Peanut butter

Soy sauce

Fresh lime juice

Cayenne pepper / Chilli sauce (sriracha or sambal oelek)

A bit of sugar or honey if needed

Salad Mix (May use other type of vegetables) 

Carrots / julienned

Broccoli, cut into small pieces

Red Pepper - Julienned

Tomatoes - diced

Oyster mushrooms or any other ones

Mint

Green Tea noodles

Black sesame seeds

Boil noodles till al dente  and rinse with cold water - set aside

Brown mushrooms in a pan and season - set a side

Sautee peppers and broccoli, season with soy sauce and pepper - set aside

Marinate tomatoes with olive oil, S&P

Grill/ bake steak until preferred doneness - Slice thinly

Mix the noodles and the vegetables with the dressing

On a serving tray - put the noodles and vegetables then top with sliced beef, add a bit of dressing and topped with sesame seeds
