You can book an appointment online through our website or by calling.

3. What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit will include a comprehensive consultation where we assess your skin type and discuss your skincare goals. Based on this consultation, we will recommend treatments and create a personalized skincare plan just for you.
Prior to you appointment, you will fill out an intake form, we will send you either a Food Frequency or Weekly Food Diary form for you to fill out.

4. Are the treatments safe?
Yes, all of our treatments are performed by certified professionals using the latest technology and highest quality products. We adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure your comfort and safety.
But, rarely at times depending on your skin condition, some reactions may happen, if that does occur, please let us know immediately and we will work on getting your skin back to its best condition.

5. How often should I get a facial or other skincare treatments?
The frequency of treatments depends on your skin type and goals. Generally, we recommend facials every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy skin. However, our specialists will tailor a schedule based on your specific needs.
For certain treatments we probably have to perform in series for effectiveness. We'll get into details during consultation.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee. Please refer to our full cancellation policy on the website for more details.

8. Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, you absolutely can! Please click on the Shop link above to purchase or give us a call. We have both e gift certificate or a physical card.
